No. It can be made PHIPA-aligned, but the default configuration is not sufficient. Things like encrypted email, MFA, conditional access, data residency, and audit logging must be deliberately configured. We do that for you.
Yes — when the tenant is provisioned in the Canadian region and the right services are configured, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams data resides in Toronto and Quebec City datacentres. We provide written confirmation for your privacy file.
